Building Big Muscles - Pumping Iron

Its been 3 weeks now since I have been working out with some extreme heavy weights. My workout cycle is for 3 months this time. Taking high protein diet and for add on I'm eating whatever which adds up to my weight gain program. I plan to gain 13kg-15kg in this 3 months cycle. And I can already see increased size in my chest, biceps and thigh muscles... need to concentrate more on shoulders now. Lets see how it goes... keeping my fingers crossed to hit the target in this cycle!! God bless all! :)

Hello everybody... How have u been!? Well, it's been more than 5 days now since my laptop crashed... and I feel like Its too difficult to pass time when I'm at home without surfing Internet... One More Effort - Wasted

Its not what it seems like, almost 6 hours ago when I was driving back to home from work. I thought that tonight i won't waste any time on the internet and will hit the bed as soon as i will get home. But as always, god helps me to do something else than what i have planned for myself :p

So when I reached home, i saw that the electricity was out. So i found most of my family members sitting in a living room and cracking jokes to pass their time. I joined them after changing my clothes. We had good conversations and I also made fun of my lil bro many times (well, there's no harm if it is done in a healthy way, without breaking anyone's heart) So while we were chatting, i kept an eye on the watch, 3 hours were already passed. And we were eagerly waiting for the light.

After 10 minutes or so... electricity was back, everybody rushed to their rooms, switched on the ACs (hot weather is too killing). And guess what I did, as always I thought to open the laptop to check mails and its been 3 hours since I am killing time here on internet.

It seems like, facebook n blogging are kind of addiction to me alike many iFreaks ;) I have some hot topics to share about the fuckin moments at the job but I think i should get away with office shit this time. I have lots of great, funny, tragic and pitiful things to share about my time at the office but will share some other time. It happens everyday or I should rather say "Shit Happens Everyday"! So there will be no shortage of stories, we have bunch of dumbheads at work... and most of them are in my team. They make the workplace as worst as they make it good sometimes. So we enjoy as much as we get annoyed.

LoL its not funny, can you imagine, Its a saturday night and i'm fuckin blogging at my home... NO PARTY! Its like you work for the entire week, Monday to fuckin Friday and you are a dumbfuck to stay at home on saturday night!

Usually i wake up late in the evening, get ready, go to liquor shop, buy some beers n wine. Take couple of shots with my friends and hit the club, party till the wee hours of the morning... get drunk and then come back in the morning! (You may call me a party animal... and in hindi people will usually call me "saala bigda hua hai... raaton ko ghar nahi aata, disco jaata hai, party karta hai aur na jaane kya kya" lol

But I say, if you are getting paid... you should get laid. I mean to say, if you are working 5 days a week and earning hell lotsa money, you gotta spend those fuckin bucks somewhere... so do whatever you like. Dont be a dumbass and save money for your children lol... I know saving money is good, but saving money by sacrificing your life is not my kind of story. I live life in present tense, past is fuckin gone, leanrt from it and nobody can see the future so who the hell cares!

Enough Of These Daily Soaps

As they say, things with some sure impact will always cloud up your mind, I find myself in the same situation once again. This time its something which annoys me and I think what da Fuckkkk is going on... This is an everyday story at my place, whenever I enter into my house, as soon as i think to lie down on the couch, my vision gets a glimpse of the Television and my ears start fighting with my brain, this time they are making my brain hear what it does not want at all. Its the irritating voice of the fuckin characters of those daily soaps which are on air 24/7 and guess what, in our house, one or the other person(female members of the house), they keep themselves stick to the idiotbox... and you can not even imagine how loud is the volume level.

I fail to understand that "its ok if they have so much of interest in those saas-bahu wala dramas... but its the height... they watch the repeat telecasts too" and I'm like What the fuck my god... oh no not again!! So I hardly give them company at that point of time... This is the time when I seek shelter in my room! And last but not the least... then my mom comes in my room and she complains that I dont sit with them much these days... Ab unko kaun samjhaye meri ye dukhad situation :-l
